JPG to PDF

Put photos, screenshots or scanned pages into one PDF, in the order you want, on A4, Letter or pages that fit each image.

Your images are turned into a PDF by your own browser. Nothing is uploaded.

From photos to one PDF

Each image is opened by your browser, turned upright if the camera stored it sideways, and placed on its own page. The PDF keeps the images sharp: JPG photos stay JPG, screenshots and graphics stay lossless PNG. Nothing is uploaded, so it works the same for holiday photos and for a scan of your passport.

  • Documents and receipts: photograph the pages, put them in order, choose A4 or Letter and you have a document that any office or portal accepts.
  • Portfolios and photo sets: choose Fit to image and no margin for full-bleed pages in the shape of each picture.
  • Screenshots and pictures: collect a series of screenshots or pictures into one PDF to send as a single file.

Keeping the file small

Modern phone photos have 12 to 50 megapixels, far more than a PDF page needs. With "Smaller file" on, images are scaled to 2000 pixels on the long side, which still prints sharply on an A4 or Letter page, and saved at a JPG quality of 80. A PDF of ten photos often shrinks from 40 MB to under 5 MB, small enough for email.

How to convert JPG to PDF

  1. 1Drop your images on the box or choose them from your device or phone gallery.
  2. 2Put them in order, rotate any that are sideways, and pick the page size, orientation and margin.
  3. 3Name the file and press Create PDF. The PDF downloads right away.

Frequently asked questions

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Your browser reads the images and builds the PDF on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server, which matters for scans of IDs, receipts or anything personal.

Which image formats work?

JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and HEIC photos from iPhones work in every current browser. AVIF works in browsers that can open it. If an image cannot be opened, convert it to JPG first.

Will my photos be upright?

Yes. The orientation stored by the camera is applied, so portrait photos from a phone stay upright. If a scan is still sideways, turn it with the rotate button before you create the PDF.

Which page size should I choose?

Fit to image makes every page the shape of its photo, ideal for viewing on screen. A4 or US Letter puts each image on a standard page with a margin, ready to print or to upload where a normal document is expected. Auto orientation turns the page for wide images.

How do I make the PDF smaller?

Turn on "Smaller file". Photos are then scaled to at most 2000 pixels on the long side and saved at a lower JPG quality, which is still sharp on screen and in print but often a tenth of the size.
