Pages the shape of each screenshot
Screenshots come in the shape of a screen, tall from a phone and wide from a computer, and rarely match a sheet of paper. That is why this page starts with Fit to image and no margin: every screenshot becomes a page of exactly its own shape, as wide as an A4 page and as tall as the picture needs, with nothing cut off and no white border. A long scrolling screenshot simply becomes a long page. Switch to A4 or Letter if the PDF is meant to be printed; Auto orientation then turns the page for wide desktop screenshots, and Fill page crops them to a full page instead.
Paste works too: copy a screenshot to the clipboard and press Ctrl+V or Cmd+V on this page to add it to the list.
Sharp text, small file
Screenshots are usually PNG files, and a PNG is stored in the PDF as PNG, so text and lines stay pixel-sharp at any zoom. Screenshots saved as JPG or WebP are stored as JPG. The PDF of a few screenshots is small as it is; for dozens of them, or for an upload limit, turn on "Smaller file" (screenshots then become JPG with at most 2000 pixels on the long side) or run the result through Compress PDF. To add the screenshots to a report that is already a PDF, use Merge PDF.

Frequently asked questions
Why is each page a different size?
Because Fit to image is the default here: every screenshot gets a page in its own shape, so nothing is cut off and no white border is added. Choose A4 or Letter in the page size menu for uniform pages.
Can I paste a screenshot instead of saving it first?
Yes. Take the screenshot, copy it to the clipboard and press Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on a Mac) on this page. It appears in the list like a dropped file.
Does the text stay readable?
Yes. PNG screenshots are stored losslessly, so the text is as sharp as on your screen. With "Smaller file" on, they become JPGs, which are smaller but can show faint artifacts around letters.
Are my screenshots uploaded?
No. The PDF is built by your browser on your device, so screenshots of chats, orders and accounts stay private.
