How to measure honey
It is dense because it is mostly sugar with little water. Weighing saves you the sticky cup: set the bowl on the scale and pour. If you do use a cup, coat it with a thin film of oil and the honey slides right out. Crystallized honey weighs the same; stand the jar in hot water to make it pourable again.
